Michael Kohl has been advising on complex corporate financings for more than twenty years. Before founding elvenstein he spent over fourteen years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and was most recently a partner at a Berlin business law firm.
He combines Corporate Finance and Private Capital: Schuldschein loan notes, syndicated loan facilities and acquisition financings as well as venture debt, private credit and the restructuring of large bond issues. Handelsblatt has listed him as a “Best Lawyer” for Banking & Finance since 2017.
He advises in German and English and also works in Spanish, Italian, Czech and French.
